Who can apply?

Practical trainer development

The programme focuses on advanced practical trainer development. Assessment includes micro-training and presentation, allowing learners to demonstrate practice rather than completing a final multiple-choice examination.

Ask RVA for the current course outline and practical-assessment guidance before enrolment. This CPD diploma does not confer a teaching licence or independent authority to issue accredited training.

Live online delivery

The programme lasts seven months, with two live online classes per week of one hour each. Ask RVA about current cohort dates and class times in your time zone.

Learners must maintain at least 95% attendance. Live sessions are recorded internally for quality assurance; recordings are not provided to learners or published online. The written registration information will explain recording access and retention before enrolment. A submitted recording may separately be used for Train the Trainer assessment.

Assessment and completion

Assessment is through practical micro-training and presentation. There is no MCQ final examination.

The general pass mark is 75%. RVA will explain the applicable practical-assessment criteria and submission process through learner guidance before the assessment.
