Our purpose

Education involves more than delivering information. Educators and families also consider learners’ development, the learning environment and the support each learner needs.

RVA’s purpose is to connect professional learning with this broader view of education. Our work brings together live online CPD, school-development enquiries, parent training and support, and frameworks that encourage reflection on teaching and learning.

We aim to explain our offer clearly: what each programme involves, who can apply and what CPD accreditation does—and does not—mean.

The Wall of Knowledge

The Wall of Knowledge supports awareness and reflection on learning.

Our CPD provider status

Right Vision Teacher Training Academy is an Approved CPD Provider with The CPD Group, Provider #777661.

Our course pages explain the relevant programme duration, entry requirements, assessment and CPD Credits. Learners should review those details and discuss eligibility with RVA before registration.

CPD accreditation is continuing professional development, not QTS, an Ofqual/RQF-regulated qualification or a teaching licence. CPD Credits must not automatically be read as contact or teaching hours.

The Right Vision: Elevating Teaching Through Inclusive Education & Resilience

Co-founded by Farida and Asjad Sheikh, Right Vision Academy offers CPD-accredited training built on proprietary frameworks. We equip educators and leaders with practical, evidence-based strategies to transform the classroom, prevent burnout, and cultivate high Emotional Intelligence. Our mission is simple: to make Inclusive Education achievable for every school.

Our Mission: Making Inclusive Education Achievable for All

The Problem: We know that passionate educators are struggling with unsustainable workloads and a lack of effective professional support. The current system contributes to constant stress and teacher burnout, making the pursuit of true equitable learning environments a challenge, not a reality.

Our Solution: RVA was founded by Farida & Asjad Sheikh to fill this gap. We provide CPD-accredited training that focuses on the two pillars of sustained success: high-impact Emotional Intelligence (EI) and critical skills like Classroom Resilience. This training is the foundation for every thriving, equitable school.

Beyond Training: The RVA Blueprint for Sustainable Success

Generic training offers ideas; we offer a blueprint. Our proprietary models are the evidence-based core of RVA, providing educators with actionable, structured steps to achieve equitable learning outcomes while boosting their professional well-being.

The Tricycle Model: Mastering Inclusive Education

This model provides a whole-school blueprint for equitable learning, ensuring no learner is left behind. It transforms abstract concepts into measurable differentiation strategies, equipping leaders and teachers with practical steps to elevate SEND support and achieve equitable outcomes in every classroom.

The 3A's Framework: End Teacher Burnout Now

The 3A’s Framework is our unique tool to transform stress into success. It provides educators with proactive strategies for workload management and self-reflection, directly helping to prevent burnout. This approach enhances professional Emotional Intelligence (EI) and creates a sustainable, joyful teaching practice.
