Right Vision Academy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Right Vision Academy handles website enquiries, learner information and training records, and how to contact us about your privacy.
Last updated: 28 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your information?
Asjad Sheikh is the individual responsible for personal information handled by Right Vision Academy, also known as Right Vision Teacher Training Academy. RVA is not currently operated through a registered company in the UK or Pakistan.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@rightvisionacademy.com or use our Contact page.
Information you provide when you contact us
The website enquiry form asks for your full name, email address, country, enquiry interest and message. Your WhatsApp number is optional. We also receive information you choose to send by email or WhatsApp.
We use these details to answer your question, discuss eligibility and explain relevant course, school-training or family-learning options. Required form fields help us understand and respond to the enquiry; without them, the form cannot be submitted. You can instead contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.
Please do not include medical details, private child or learner records, identity documents or payment information in an initial enquiry. The general enquiry form does not accept document uploads, book a place or take a payment.
Where website enquiries are sent
The enquiry form is configured to send your message to RVA’s official mailbox, provided through Hostinger, and to Dr Farida Sheikh’s authorised Gmail enquiry mailbox. This allows the responsible team to review and respond to your request. Your own email address is used as the reply address.
The custom enquiry plugin does not save the enquiry message as a WordPress form-entry record. The message is processed to prepare the email notifications. Email providers, site infrastructure and any separately configured email-logging tools may retain information under their own settings.
Temporary security records support rate limiting, duplicate-submission checks and forwarding retries. These include a protected fingerprint, forwarding-status indicators and request locks, rather than a saved copy of your enquiry message.
Google reCAPTCHA and website security
The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA v2, the “I’m not a robot” checkbox, to help prevent automated submissions. Google processes technical information associated with the verification, which can include network, browser and device information and interactions with the service. Verification may involve an additional challenge.
The server checks the verification response before forwarding a new enquiry. CAPTCHA verification is separate from any decision about course eligibility. If you cannot use the protected form, email or WhatsApp remains available.
Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain its handling of information. See our Cookie Policy for information about website technologies and choices.
Registration and learner records
If you proceed to registration, RVA may ask for the information needed for eligibility, identification, course administration and payment verification. Depending on the programme and registration process, this can include contact and identification details, current role, qualification evidence, a CV or photograph, and payment receipts. Attendance, assessment and progress information is created during training.
Ask RVA why a requested item is needed and whether it is required or optional before sending it. Use the registration instructions supplied by RVA rather than the general enquiry form for documents.
Under the current learner-record process, relevant documents received through WhatsApp are saved into learner folders on Asjad Sheikh’s password/PIN-protected Windows PC, and the corresponding WhatsApp documents/messages are then deleted. Routine learner-document access is restricted to Asjad. There is no separate learner-management system, and Dr Farida Sheikh does not hold copies of learner folders.
RVA does not intentionally maintain duplicate learner folders on another computer, USB device, external drive or cloud service. This learner-folder arrangement is separate from website enquiries emailed through Hostinger and Gmail.
Live teaching and internal recordings
Current live classes use Zoom. Sessions are recorded internally for quality assurance; recordings are not supplied to learners, published online or livestreamed to social platforms.
Access is limited to Asjad Sheikh and Dr Farida Sheikh. Farida reviews recordings on Asjad’s PC in his presence; no recording copy is transferred to her. The current operational practice is to retain these recordings in the relevant course/group folder for up to one year.
If you have questions about recording or information that may appear in a class, contact RVA before the session or before enrolling. Zoom’s recording notification is separate from this privacy information.
Certificates, testimonials and public material
RVA administers learner certificates directly. Individual learner names, registration documents, assessment results and other learner records are not sent to The CPD Group for individual certificate administration or verification.
Written or video testimonials are used publicly where permission has been given. Learner documents and assessment records are not used as public promotional material. If you have a concern about a testimonial, photograph or other published material involving you, contact RVA so the request can be reviewed.
Why we use information
Where UK data-protection law applies, the appropriate basis depends on the particular activity:
- Requested services and registration: taking steps at your request before an agreement and administering the training services you choose.
- General enquiries, administration and security: legitimate interests in responding to requests, running the service, maintaining relevant records and preventing misuse, taking account of the effect on your rights.
- Quality assurance: the interest in reviewing and improving teaching, with restricted access to internal recordings. Questions or objections about recording should be raised with RVA.
- Legal requirements: meeting an applicable obligation where particular records must be retained or disclosed.
- Permission-based uses: consent for a testimonial or other specific use where consent is the basis. Permission can be withdrawn by contacting us; withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Cookie and similar-technology requirements are considered separately from the lawful basis for processing personal information. Providing information for an enquiry does not itself mean you have agreed to unrelated marketing.
Service providers and international processing
The services involved in the described processes include Hostinger for RVA email, Google/Gmail for the authorised enquiry-copy mailbox, Google reCAPTCHA for form verification, WhatsApp for direct communications, and Zoom for live teaching. Website hosting and technical service providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
These providers and the people handling information may operate in different countries. Information is not necessarily kept solely in the country where you live. Provider terms, processing locations and any applicable transfer requirements depend on the service and account arrangements.
You can ask RVA for information about the arrangements relevant to your information, including any applicable international-transfer safeguards. The name of a provider alone is not a guarantee of a particular storage country or legal safeguard.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept according to the purpose and status of the correspondence: answering and following up your request, any resulting registration or service, and any relevant legal requirement or dispute. A single fixed period does not apply to every enquiry or mailbox. You can ask us about a particular message or request deletion.
RVA’s current practice is to delete learner/group folders after one year, with internal quality-assurance recordings kept for up to one year in the relevant folder. Some financial, certificate, complaint or legal records may need different treatment where a lawful reason requires it; deletion rights are not absolute.
Temporary website-form security records are configured for short expiry periods, generally around ten minutes, with request locks scheduled for removal after around fifteen minutes. Their actual cleanup depends on WordPress operation. These are not mailbox-retention periods.
Deleting a local file or WhatsApp message does not guarantee immediate deletion from a recipient’s account, a provider’s systems or any applicable backup. Ask us if you need information about a specific record.
Security and sensitive information
Access to learner folders and recordings is restricted as described above. The enquiry form uses validation, human verification and measures intended to limit automated or repeated submissions.
No website, email service, messaging service or device can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the general enquiry form only for a brief initial message. Contact RVA before sending sensitive information or documents about another person.
Your choices, rights and complaints
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information; restrict processing; receive certain information in a portable format; or withdraw consent where it is used. These rights have conditions and exceptions.
Your right to object: where processing relies on legitimate interests, you can object for reasons relating to your situation. Tell us which processing concerns you so we can review the request.
Send requests to info@rightvisionacademy.com. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing records.
You can also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. For applicable UK matters, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Children and information about other people
RVA’s current programmes are adult professional-development services, not an online school for children. Parent enquiries and project material can nevertheless involve information about children or other people.
Avoid sending identifiable child records or sensitive information about someone else in an initial enquiry. If you believe information about a child or another person has been supplied or published inappropriately, contact RVA with enough detail for us to locate and review it.
Updates to this policy
This policy is updated when the described services or information-handling arrangements change. The date above identifies this version. Contact RVA if you would like clarification about how it applies to your information.
